The services of Inter HECS

Inter HECS offers more than 50 services related to university admission and the life of international students in Bulgaria. More than 150 online reviews prove the excellent work of our team. Our team focuses on eight main fields to provide outstanding services which cover everything students and their parents would ever need:

Online Open Days

Did you know we organize online Open Days every month? You, your friends and family members are welcome to take part for free! During the events, you can learn more about university admission and life in Bulgaria. Learn more about our Online Open Days here.

Application

To ensure that every application is successful, we provide more than 30 services related to university admission. They cover all the support you need - for instance, we help you prepare for the entrance exam (if you have to sit one), submit the application documents according to the university’s requirements and complete your enrolment. Relocation

Our office is based in Bulgaria, so we make sure that moving abroad is anything but stressful to you! Organizing airport pick-ups and campus tours, assisting you with accommodation hunting, hosting fun get-togethers to make sure you make friends before the start of the academic year and much more – we cover more than 20 services in this field and you can find more information about them here.

Ongoing Support

The team of Inter HECS is from Bulgaria, so we support you during your stay in our home country. We organize networking events and keep in touch with students regularly to provide them with updates about the university and information about useful courses and internships. Support After Graduation

Even after you graduate you can count on us! Our students take advantage of various services – for instance, we assist with looking for a suitable PhD program and applying for it as well as preparing for job interviews. Non-EU Degree Recognition

If you have graduated in a country that is not a member state of the European Union, you may be interested in recognizing your degree in Bulgaria. This will allow you to work abroad, especially if you look for a job opportunity in Europe.

Membership Card

In 2020 we launched a new initiative! Inter HECS students can obtain a membership card that provides discounts at different places around Bulgaria – beauty salons, hotels, escape rooms, restaurants, etc. This way students save money while enjoying their stay in Bulgaria!

Translation & Legalization

Before but also after enrolment it is very common that students need to have certain documents translated and legalized. We work with certified translators and we can assist you with this task!
