Bulgarian Universities Open Day in Turkey

One of our most successful Open Days took place on 13^th of August 2016 at the Bulgarian Exarchate in Istanbul! Turkish applicants had the chance to find out about student life in Bulgaria, learn more about the degrees available at Sofia Medical University, Plovdiv Medical University, Technical University - Sofia, National Sports Academy - Vasil Levski, University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy as well as University of Mining and Geology, and ask questions about admissions, accommodation and future job opportunities.

The visit of our team to Istanbul, and especially of our CEO, Mrs. Sofiya Tsikandelova, also marked the beginning of a cooperation with the Acibadem University in Istanbul. The discussions featured dozens of topics related to exchange programmes and services for students, professors and young professionals. Joint projects between regional universities, bilateral official visits and exchange programmes are planned for the future. 

In-depth discussions with representatives of the Bulgarian Expat Organizations – Mr. Olcay Özgön and Mr. Efrahim Kamberoğlu in Kartal and Avcılar districts of Istanbul related to an upcoming presentation of the Bulgarian Universities in front of the Bulgarian communities in these districts also took place.
