Megdana - located right next to Yug Bus Station; Recommended by an Inter HECS' team member: "The atmosphere is lovely, a great place to try Bulgarian dishes!"

Chinese cuisine and restaurant

Asia Chinese Restaurant – if you love noodles and chicken, why not enjoy the Chinese cuisine at Asia Chinese Restaurant? There are several places available - one of them located right next to Markovo Tepe Mall (60 William Gladstone Str.);

French Bakery

La Marquise – if you are into croissants and coffee, this place might be just for you! It is located close to the main pedestrian street in Plovdiv;

German cuisine and restaurant

Jägerhof - the place where you can enjoy German beer or typical German food! It is not very close to the city centre, though (next to Lauta park), so you can take a taxi to reach it. 

Indian cuisine and restaurant

Restaurant India - next to the main pedestrian street in Plovdiv, this seems to be a great place to try Indian cuisine - it is liked by over 10.000 people on Facebook!

Italian cuisine and restaurant

Osteria Rosmarino - rated with 5 stars by over 170 people on Facebook, this Italian place looks just like the place you should visit over the weekend! It is located very close to Plovdiv Medical University (28 Peshtersko Shose Boul.);

Trattoria La Strada - according to their webpage, they serve the best pizza in Plovdiv! Why not give it a try? The restaurant is located close to Maritsa river and not so far away from Plovdiv Medical University (116 Vasil Aprilov Boul.);

Lebanese cuisine and restaurant

Mayriges - right next to Dzhumaya Mosque, the place offers homemade Lebanese food and it has many positive reviews on Facebook!

Turkish cuisine and restaurant

PASA - located right next to Dzhumaya Mosque, the place often gathers many international students who are into halal food;

Sofra - located also in the city centre, this place is recommended by an Inter HECS' student: "The best place ever!"
